I guess I’ve made it abundantly clear in my previous reviews that I love Beauty Heroes: I genuinely think it’s one of the best beauty subscription services on the market. Most of their boxes contain one full-size hero product and one sidekick. Beauty Heroes went above and beyond this month by not only including three full-size products and one sidekick, but also debuting a brand redesign and offering two new, previously-unreleased products.

This month’s Beauty Heroes box contains three full-sized Innersense hair products, and one trial-sized full-sized sidekick. Beauty Heroes talks about the ingredients in detail on their website, so I’ll just fast forward to my impressions of these products.

Hydrating Cream Hairbath: This shampoo has a texture that reminds me of Kerastase Bain Satin shampoos (coincidentally, I think they call their shampoos ‘hair baths’ as well). It’s really creamy, coats hair well and doesn’t dry hair at all. It foams well for a sulphate-free shampoo. It has a sweet, herbal vanilla scent. I find the shampoo a bit on the heavy side for my fine hair, but dry, colour-processed hair types will love this.

Hydrating Cream Conditioner: This smells very similar to the shampoo. Being a hydrating conditioner, this is very rich and moisturises hair well. It’s a great conditioner for dry, thirsty, chemically-treated hair.

Sweet Spirit Leave In Conditioner: This is a fantastic leave-in conditioner and it suits my hair type a lot better than the ‘Hydrating’ range. It’s a light conditioner that adds softness and shine to hair without overloading it. Personally, I think it needs a pump instead of a spray to dispense the product effectively. Great conditioner overall. Smells sweet and herbal without being cloyingly so.

Harmonic Healing Oil: This is a great all-in-one hair and body product. It’s loaded with great ingredients, and can be used on hair, skin and nails. It has a subtle herbal/orange scent to it that is, in my opinion, on the savoury side. Great multitasker for travelling.

All Beauty Heroes boxes offer exceptional value, but this month’s box gives you over $100 worth of products for the $39 you pay, which is just phenomenal! And there is still time to get it! Visit the Beauty Heroes page to get this box before it’s too late!

I love Beauty Heroes too! I think this past month’s box was such an amazing value. I love their “less is more” approach to skincare/beauty. I can’t wait to see what’s inside next month’s box. 🙂
